Association ARQHA

The ARQHA (Agence Régionale pour la Qualité et l'Hygiène Alimentaire) is a non-profit association located in Moudon which aims to promote the quality of foodstuffs produced by craftsmen and PMEs in the French-speaking Switzerland.

Through services adapted to the needs and the size of each company, the ARQHA offers an efficient partnership to guarantee the food safety of the products and the respect of the hygiene standards in force by proposing a consulting service (catering professional, cheese diary, pastures and milking consulting) as well as an analysis service.

Laboratory :

• microbiological analyses on all types of food products

• microbiological analysis of environments

• chemical analysis of dairy products

• analyses for milk producers

• product sampling service on the sites (sales and/or production)

Consulting service :

• personalized advice on site / by phone

• support and assistance in the implementation of quality management systems such as HACCP, FSSC, ISO 22'000, ISO 9001, Fromarte, etc.

• support and assistance in the implementation of the various existing good practice guides and good hygiene practices

• internet audit

• continuing education
