The association’s objective is to represent the interests of the national Swiss laboratory companies. Moreover, these companies are committed to presenting a high-quality, advanced laboratory location in Switzerland.

In addition to regular STL members, membership of the specialist group is also open to other interested Swiss companies, authorities and institutions from ‘Eurolab’ as a regular information and exchange body.

The expert group enables a joint, neutral and coordinated representation of interests and cooperation with the national accreditation authorities.

At international level, the membership and representation of Eurolab CH enables, promotes and ensures the flow of information and exchange with European authorities, institutions and other national laboratory associations. To this end, the specialist group sends the official representatives of Eurolab CH to the European umbrella organisation of Eurolab and the TCQA.
