Intertek (Switzerland) AG is a subsidiary of Intertek, with headquarters in England. Intertek offers diverse serviceswith a network of over 400 laboratories worldwide. The core business of Intertek (Switzerland) AG’s laboratory in Schlieren, is the analysis of fuels, combustibles and lubricants. We offer our clients expert knowledge and consulting services in these areas on scientific, technical, and environmental matters, and also in the case of damage. Our 10 co-workers, with many years of practice and experience, guarantee  reliability and competence for any questions concerning these product  divisions.

Our Laboratory in Schlieren is certified according to ISO 17025 (STS 452). We perform our tests according to Swiss and international norms. On request, we also develop new methods and validate and certify them.

Our services cover:

• Liquid fuels: LPG, gasoline, Jet A-1, diesel, heating oil, heavy oil, biodiesel, bioethanol

• Solid combustible material: coal, coke, wood chips, wood Pellets as well as alternative combustibles such as pellets made from coffee grounds and other renewable resources.

• Lubricants: fats and oils (synthetic and prepared out of petrochemical sources)

• Special materials: AdBlue, cooling fluids, break fluids, windshield washing liquid, investigation of filters, investigation of solid materials such as polymers, paints, coatings, additives.
